Cooking, Arts and Swim All-In-One Summer Camps
Westlake Chinese Academy provides seven cooking, arts and swim summer camps in Austin, TX for students ages 4-12 in June and July, 2024.
Camp Information:
Ages: 4-12 (grouped by ages/levels)
Ratio: Each teacher teaches 2-8 students to maximize learning potential.
Duration: Each camp is 1 week long (Mon-Fri)
Location: 6800 Spanish Oaks Club Blvd, Austin, TX 78738 United States.

Camp Schedule:
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (free early drop-off 8:30 a.m., free late pick-up until 3:30 p.m.)
Late pick-up available from 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at additional cost: $25 per person per day.
Camp Activities:
Each day starts with a cooking session. While learning about ingredients and cooking skills, students also learn about Asian food culture and cook four traditional dishes daily. Students will have what they cook as lunch. (Vege and gluten-free options are available.)
A conversational language session will follow the lunch. We focus on developing students' Chinese speaking skills on daily topics, improving their pronunciation and increasing their language fluency. Students will be grouped based on their levels. No previous language experience is required.
The art session is in the afternoon. It includes calligraphy, water coloring, paper cutting, origami, folk dancing and traditional music. Students will be able to finish several decent works of arts by the end of each camp.
Each day ends with a cool swim in a natural creek at the back of our camp site.

Step 2: Make a payment of the full tuition of $398 per child per week to secure your spot in the camp.**
**Cancellation and Refund Policy: No refund within 14 days before the 1st day of the camp you sign up for. 50% tuition refund if cancelled between May 1st 2024 and 15 days before the 1st day of the camp you sign up for. 75% tuition refund if cancelled before May 1st 2024. $50 extra fee per student per week if switching camp weeks within 14 days before the 1st day of the original camp you sign up for. No extra charge if switching camp weeks at least 15 days before the 1st day of the original camp you sign up for. Switching camp weeks is allowed ONLY if there is a spot available in another camp week that you want to switch to.
